Full-Day Coach and Boat Tour with Lunch, RT Transfers Copenhagen was founded during the 12th century. The city owes
much of its charm to the buildings erected by Denmark's monarchs, and boasts a treasure trove of late-Renaissance and
Rococo architecture. Copenhagen deserves its accolade as the Venice of the North. Founded on a series of islands and islets, the city today is laced with graceful canals and boasts some of the
most delightful architecture in Northern Europe.
With this tour you will experience the best of two worlds. The bus stops for 30 min at Amalienborg Palace where you will see the famous changing of the guards. There will also be a photo stop at The Little Mermaid and you will see many famous buildings like the Royal Danish Opera House.
An English-speaking guide will tell you interesting stories along the way.
After this it is time to get onboard one of our boats for a cruise around the harbour and canals. The tour is live guided and will give you a great view of Copenhagen from the sea. The boat goes through the picturesque canals of Christianshavn and Frederiksholm where historical buildings are to be enjoyed side by side with more modern architecture.
Our guide will tell you about the beautiful churches, castles, old listed houses, new buildings and all other sights of interest. This boat sightseeing sails past some of Copenhagen's best sights and attractions in the city.
The Little Mermaid, the Old Stock Exchange, the Opera, the Black Diamond, Christiansborg.
Later, stroll along the old harbor of Nyhavn, lined with cafés, restaurants and 500-year-old gabled houses. Browse the superb shops on the world-famous Stroget or view the Rococo palaces lining Amalienborg Square. Best of all, savor the taste of local delicacies while wandering the paths of Tivoli Gardens, one of Europe's most celebrated pleasure gardens.
